(Consulting Period and Procedures) Depending on the scope of the risk assessment, assessment method, and implementation period, the process can take from a minimum of one month to more than three months. If a review of the implementation of protective measures based on the risk assessment results is requested, this period may be included in the implementation period or performed under a separate contract.
The consulting process is as follows:
1) Basic consultation based on corporate inquiry.
2) Provision of a quotation and a standard contract (SOW) considering the scope of the risk assessment (e.g., company-wide, specific business, etc.), assessment model (e.g., selection of security control best practices), assessment method, and assessment period.
3) Contract signing.
